Position Summary:
Achieve digital sales, product units, profit dollars and growth objectives for assigned departments. Communicate with cross:functional stakeholders (i.e. respective merchandising departments and digital site experience team members) to ensure strategy and site plan align with business priorities. Serve as a strategic partner with corporate leadership and supplier/vendor associations to create a distinct digital competitive advantage that will enhance the companys position as a leader in the e:commerce retail industry. Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Essential Job Functions:
:Drive specific departments digital sales and conversion though improved product navigation, search, and product details
:Achieve the e:Commerce departments sales budget and digital engagement goals
:Create and manage annual budgets to ensure all activities are executed on time and on budget
:Support the sites monetization via partnerships with suppliers
:Identify key assortments for curation and display within the site
:Work closely across the digital matrix organization (e.g. Site Experience) to optimize paid and organic traffic for the department(s)
:Support the development of annual, quarterly, and period promotional calendars to support visual and promotional merchandising at a macro level
:Work collaboratively across the matrix organization to digitally merchandise selling opportunities and develop a long:term department/category roadmap to deliver effect site navigation to product
:Partner with Customer Insights teams to identify target consumers, and support the marketing strategy to drive business initiatives across the enterprise
:Seek out and identify consumer, market, industry and global trends for new ways of meeting customer needs and driving engagement
:Support the development of digital merchandising training for Merchandising departments
:Educate and communicate digital strategies to business partners by providing them with the tools that will allow them to execute against business plan(s)

:3 years experience in merchandising, operations, or loyalty marketing with demonstrated understanding of product merchandising and customer communication channels
:Demonstrated ability to coach and train associates
:Strong analytical, organizational, multi:tasking, and problem solving skills
:Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with multiple teams
:Ability to achieve objectives through others
:Proficient Microsoft Office skills
:Proven ability to provide and institute resolutions under challenging circumstances
:Effective oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation skillsDesired Previous Job Experience:
:Bachelors degree in business or marketing
:2 years of experience bringing customer:facing eCommerce or Omnichannel products to market
:Knowledge of enterprise promo planning and marketing
