Our international standards are based on our technological developments and the most important objectives of the automobile industry: the sustained reduction of fuel consumption and emission levels.Job Overview:FICO Interns and Co:ops work in Mubea North American headquarters in NKY directly reporting to senior Finance Managers and have regular interaction with top leaders including the Corporate Controller, CFO and Executive team members. The responsibilities of the position vary, depending on the specific position in which they are placed, but shall include at a minimum, training and utilization of our manufacturing ERP accounting system, learning our general accounting practices and procedures, learning our products, people and organization preparing them for a future position with Mubea. For FICO co:ops, specific learning and project goals will be established, participants evaluated and college credit objectives met.Essential Functions:On the job exposure, training, and experience utilizing our ERP General Ledger system and related accounting systemsDirect reporting/training by Senior Finance/Accounting ManagersDirect Corporate Controller, CFO and Executive development opportunities and exposureWork directly at Mubea North America headquarters in Florence, KYLearning our Mubea products and plant OperationsLearning our company Finance/Controlling policies and procedures and applicability to ongoing accounting operationsSpecific learning objectives and project goals as set for each assignment. Required Education and Experience: Graduation anticipated within 2 calendar years with 4 year BachelorA?s degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited institutionSeeking to successfully complete an internship or co:op in Accounting or Finance at respected companyDesire to obtain or already testing for CPA or CMA certificationInterest in long term employment in manufacturing finance or accounting careerMust be bright, driven, self:motivated, analyticalMust demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving mindset combined with positive, can:do attitude and team spirit Preferred Education and Experience: Pursuing MBA or Masters of Accountancy, Tax or Treasury.
