Position Summary::/h2:
Complete an 8:10 week Program in the General office, working with Managers, to gain an understanding of the Corporate Retail Operations Department. Apply theoretical concepts learned in a clasSroom setting to hands:on work assignments, interact with all Business Sections of the Labor and Expense team as well as other Corporate groups, and communicate with and assist the Labor and Expense Management Team. Role model and demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, Integrity, diversity, inclusion and Safety of others.
Essential Job Functions::/h2:
:Assist with the Maintenance and Improvement of Business Reporting functions.
:Learn how to complete ReSearch and analysis summaries using statistical analysis.
:Support the teams Engineering Projects.
:Participate in Department meetings.
:Complete specific Internship assignments.
:Complete cumulative Project (summary of Internship accomplishments) and present to Executive Team or appropriate Managers.
:Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications::/h2:
:Enrolled in an accredited college or university
:Pursuing a Degree in Business or Engineering
:Minimum 3.0 GPA in Major
:Proven Financial and statistical Data analysis skills
:InterMediate skill level in Microsoft Excel
:Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Access, Word and Power Point
:Proven verbal and written communication skills required
:Responds to change as a positive challenge
:Significant level of multi:tasking required
:Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
:Accuracy and attention to detail
:Ability to work on own initiative
:Commitment to providing Customer ServiceDesired Previous Experience:/h2:
:Knowledge of Process Improvement Tools and techniques such as 6 Sigma or Toyota Production System Principles
:Proficient in Hyperion Essbase
