Our co-op positions are pre-entry level and offer an opportunity for you to learn the office environment while balancing projects with management support needs. These roles are non-management positions with exposure to tasks related to larger projects. As a co-op, you will become exposed to what a non-management career at P&G offers.
*WHAT TO EXPECT *
You will report to a supervisor in the area of work for training and mentorship. The co-op program offers you a range of training on culture and work norms, providing a thorough evaluation forum for co-op performance and fit to the job.
Our current non-management co-op roles are in the following areas:
*Synchronized Planning Solutions (SPS)*: Your responsibility will include multiple communication interfaces, typically taking care of components that have supply constraints and therefore require making choices consistent with multiple operating strategies. You will have the opportunity contribute/perform in some or all of the following activities:
* Development of timely and accurate plans and schedules for the sourcing, production and shipment of materials and product.
* Setting-up, monitoring and adjusting settings and plans to optimize results
* Report and analyze performance metrics to drive supply network improvements.
* Anticipate business questions and opportunities to deliver insights to the work processes in ways that make significant impacts to the business
*Purchasing:*You will be responsible for various activities in support of strategic sourcing of goods or services needed by our Business Units. This role focuses on sourcing support activities including savings projects, business continuity plan development/management, and purchase-to-payment root cause analysis. This role is highly visible to Product Supply management and will also allow application of skills in leadership, critical thinking, solutions, risk management, and collaboration. The work is exciting, challenging, and makes significant contributions across all Business Units and regions.

*Customer Service Operations Analyst:*You should be passionate about insuring product delivery to the customer occurs in accordance with the needs and requirements of the customer (on time, right product, right quantity, etc.) while operating within policy. You are responsible for leading issue resolution related to product ordering and product delivery. They work with all necessary internal organizations, as well as the transportation company (varies by region) and the customer to resolve any product delivery issues. You are a key contributor to ensuring customer happiness.
*Students participating in the SuccessWay Co-op Program should be:*
* Enrolled in a local college or university
* Have a GPA in good academic standings
* Committed to working two- sessions, which are in line with your semester. Timing of the assignments will be based on business need
* Work 40 hours a week
*We are looking for students with the following skills:*
*Communication:*
This role requires a medium level of communication skills to effectively communicate with the business operations in order to maintain effective relationships with suppliers/customers.
*
Complexity (problem-solving, analysis required):*
This role deals with a medium amount of complexity due to the integrated nature and complexity associated with the SAP (or similar) solution. The primary driver of the daily execution of the role is tied to managing exceptions.
*Leadership*
Role is somewhat autonomous in daily execution. The goal is maintaining a high quality planning capabilities and results. There is regularly governance process in place to verify compliance to following standard work processes
