Job Description RECEPTIONIST Cincinnati, OH The role SES is looking for dedicated Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our corporate office Cincinnati, OH. The Receptionist under minimum supervision will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. The receptionist will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support services SES offers employees competitive pay and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, Holidays, and 401K. What you will be doing Key responsibilities and functions may include, but are not limited to: Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable. Greets and directs visitors to the company. Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information. Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies. Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating. Data entry and data management as needed. Work schedule Standard business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or as needed. What we are looking for Essential Skills/Qualifications At least 1 year of receptionist, administrative, or other general business/office experience required. Must have strong customer support orientation (for internal/external customers), demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving Proven ability to manage projects Strong communication, multi-tasking, presentation and team work skills are required Team player able to function individually and collectively. Must have excellent software skills, Microsoft Office skills and be well-versed in other areas of office work. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
