Work Study Student Worker
A and S Department of English and Comparative Literature
The McMicken College of Arts and Sciences, Department of English and Comparative Literature, is seeking a Work:Study Student Worker to provide administrative support to the department main office. Duties will include, but are not limited to: General office/clerical work; updating our website(s); helping with event planning; managing office supplies; copying/scanning documents; answering phones; cleaning; other duties as assigned. Approximately 10 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications: The student worker must have some previous office experience, as well as, experience with computer, Microsoft Office software, using a copier/scanner. Must be the recipient of a Work Study Award based upon financial need and be admitted into a degree program. Must be enrolled at least part:time (six credit hours for undergraduate students, five credit hours for graduate students), with the exception of summer term, or will be a registered student during the next academic term. Student worker must meet the enrollment requirement for the entire semester. Must be age 17, or older.
