The University of Cincinnati, College of Engineering and Applied Science invites applications for a Post Doctorate Fellow position.
Applicants to Requisition 25725will be considered for a position in theDepartment of Mechanical and Materials Engineering (MME). The Department of MME offers ABET accredited undergraduate programs in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Technology. The department also has graduate programs that confer Master of Science, Master of Engineering, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science Engineering.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Extensive experience in rotating machinery, operating data acquisition (such as current, vibration, etc.), data analysis, modeling and industrial predictive analytics. In addition, experience working in or with industry (specifically manufacturing) is a plus. Finally, project management and student researcher mentoring experience is also a plus.
