Read more about our opportunity below Work you'll do/Responsibilities Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc. The Team From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience. 4+ years' experience configuring and implementing Workday, or experience as a client of Workday through an implementation. Workday HCM Certified. Experience as an end user or with functional / technical implementation in Workday. Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing). Experience in leading a particular work stream, reviewing and directing the work of more junior staff. Ability to travel up to 20%. Preferred Experience in Payroll, Onboarding, or Benefits preferred. Other relevant modules will be considered. A resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
