Sodexo is currently seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.The Christ Hospital is a top ranked hospital. It is a 500 bed facility with a retail volume of 3.5 million plus annually. Off:site business includes a cafÃ in the corporate office and a 40 bed full service satellite location opening January 2018. In addition, Sodexo is operating At Your Request patient meal delivery program, a Doctors Lounge and over 1 million in Catering volume. Non Union environment (100 FTEs including managers).The successful Patient Services Manager will have experience and proven results in, the following areas:Leadership: Ability to effectively manage and communicate with Patient Services Staff, Key Personnel, Management Teams along with a passion and dedication to be A?one of the bestA? . Candidate must be highly engaged and extremely hands:on in day to day operations.Training: Must be able to articulate, demonstrate and uphold operating standards and expectations for the frontline staff through hands on training, coaching and follow up.Financial: Ability to manage and demonstrate proven results with food costs, labor and controllable expenses.The ideal candidate will have:3 : 5 years prior experience managing A?At Your RequestA? Room ServiceAble to remain calm and focused in a highly demanding environment, understands and is able to meet the operating standards and expectationsFocus on customer service excellence, able identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase patient satisfactionDemonstrated experience providing strong leadership, including supervision, direction and training, to a diverse team of employeesFocus on food and physical safety and sanitationExperience managing food and labor cost controls to meet targetsExperience maintaining compliance with Sodexo and regulatory standards, including EcoSure, Gold Check, The Joint Commission, ODH, etc.Provides direction for patient meal services at patient care units to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company. Key Duties: Directs daily operations of patient meal services at patient care units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.: Supervises day:today work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.: Establishes operating standards, implements quality improvements and communicates them to employees.: Performs audits and prepares reports.
