At Laser Spine Institute, our Consultation Specialists provide direct support to our patients, within a world:class facility and patient:centric environment, by meeting with the patient face to face at their surgical consultation appointment within our surgical center facility. The primary objectives of the Consultation Specialist is to provide outstanding customer service to our patients, in a warm and professional manner, while simultaneously helping more patients get their lives back by increasing the consult conversion rate. The Consultation Specialist will have the opportunity and duty to work closely with the facilityA?s administration and clinical staff while serving in a hybrid sales and scheduling role. Consultation Specialists at Laser Spine Institute are responsible for more than the stellar direct patient support that we know they will provide.
