The University of Cincinnati (UC) invites applications for Director of the Accounting PhD program and the Norwood and Marjorie Geis Chair of Accounting in the Lindner College of Business, with a start date of Fall 2018. UC has a large accounting program, with a combined total of over 800 students in its undergraduate, Master of Science in Accounting, and Master of Science in Taxation programs. After graduating 4 accounting PhDs in 2012, UC plans to reopen its PhD program in Accounting in Fall 2019. UC's online MS Tax program ranked 1 for US public institutions by US News and World Report in 2015. The 2015 Public Accounting Report survey ranked UC 8 for its MS in Accounting and 13 for its undergraduate accounting program among comparable sized US schools.
