This position can be either within a CDK office or virtual. EST time zone is preferred but not required.

The main focus of this position is to be the primary point of contact for the client and all associates involved in the implementation process.
Coordinates and ensures a successful and timely implementation for any assigned region projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Acts as primary installation point of contact and escalation point for project stakeholders including all functional CDK departments, Clients, and Third Party Suppliers.
Develop install Project Plan for distribution to project participants.
Drives implementation consistency and quality through execution of the CDK project management guide.
Provides status updates, tracks open issues, and works with all CDK groups to resolution as required.
Responsible for the project until purchased products and agreed upon deliverables are completed.

Education

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience

Supervision Received / Independence of Action

Objectives are established but work is done independently. Considerable independence of action is required. Standards and guidelines are general. Results are reviewed for overall adherence to established or planned objectives and policies.

Service Quality

Provides service quality that is based on anticipation of client needs and informing clients/contacts of possible events, in areas relevant to ones specialty, as well as the consequences of those events.
It is necessary to understand the effects the advice or service is likely to have in the clients situation. Ensuring that the service best fits with the clients goals and intentions is an important responsibility.

Accountability / Decision Making

You have authority to take whatever action is deemed advisable or necessary. May initiate and carry out the action but should advise a superior of the action taken. Must inform manager of all non:routine situations.
Decision making and recommendations involving risk to quality, client satisfaction, and revenue must be escalated to the Manager or Director, Training and Implementation.
The results of decisions, actions or advice typically affect current operations or short:term results of several projects.

Problem Solving

Problems are apparent but precise identification of the nature of the problem may require further inquiry or search. Solutions require interpretation of information with independent judgment.

Analytical Reasoning

Analytical reasoning used in the job tends to be equally routine and non:routine.

Recognizes several likely causes of events. Anticipates obstacles and thinks ahead about next steps.

Planning

Required to plan larger implementation projects involving multiple CDK organizations.
