Work Study Student Assistant
Undergraduate Affairs
College of Engineering and Applied Science
The College of Engineering and Applied Science is currently seeking aWork Study Studentto assist in the Office of Undergraduate Affairs. This is a part:time position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
:Update student Curriculum check sheets; verify content and post new grades; identify academic issues
:File and maintain student records and documents
:Make copies
:Collect and distribute mail
:Answer inquiries about procedural forms
:Pull files to accompany petitions needing a signature
:Greet students, faculty, and staff upon arrival to the office
:Answer the telephone
Candidate Skills:
:Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
:Good communication skills
:Able to learn and use computer programs
Please note that due to the nature of this position and the responsibilities, CEAS students will not be considered for the role.
