You are invited to submit an application to be included in the general pool of candidates from which part:time faculty will be selected for the upcoming academic term (as needed). Appointments are renewed based upon departmental need, enrollments and teaching performance. Classes may be day or evening. Rank and compensation are based on experience and academic credentials.
Masters degree preferable in business (MBA), human resources, organizational development, I/O psychology, or a related field. Work experience including a leadership role in areas such as HR, organizational development, non:profit management, community development, or assessment is also preferred, as is some demonstration of effective teaching experience at the college level.
