(Sports Program Associate)

The University of Cincinnati (UC), Department of Athletics seeks applications for a Director of Player Personnel (Sports Program Associate) to work in the Football program. This is a full:time position, salaried, with a comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will be expected to manager, supervise, evaluate, and lead all aspects of Player Personnel. Duties include but are not limited to:
:Serve as a liaison between compliance office, student services, and the coaching staff on all issues pertaining to incoming students with NCAA clearinghouse and applications.
:Coordinate the daily recruiting operational plan
:Plan and supervise execution of twelve (12) month vision of "Recruiting Calendar"
:Oversees and monitors the football program's recruiting budget.
:Coordinate logistics for the 85:player scholarship limit model.
:Coordinate and make updates to the recruiting database
:Supervise all official and unofficial prospect visits to campus
:Oversee all summer football camps
:Ensure compliance with all applicable university, state, and federal government.
Minimum qualifications:Bachelor degree and one year of related experience.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in sports administration or related field. Previous supervisory experience and extensive experience in collegiate/high school athletics.
The position often requires evening and weekend hours.
