The Department of Internal Medicine Divisions of Cardiovascular Health, Disease, and Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at the University Of Cincinnati College Of Medicine seek cardiology or pulmonary critical care faculty candidates with pulmonary hypertension expertise and training to support the continued growth of pulmonary hypertension services at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center Campus. Department of Internal Medicine faculty at University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC) are expected to contribute to ambulatory and hospital:based care, maintain active engagement in our education and training missions and participate in quality improvement, safety and research projects.
Applicants are required to have board certification in Internal Medicine, board eligibility or certification in Cardiology or Pulmonary Medicine, ability to obtain an unrestricted Ohio Medical License and DEA license. Applicants with previous experience in pulmonary hypertension will be considered for this opportunity. Certification in critical care is highly desirable. Applicants for faculty positions must qualify for a full:time faculty position at the rank(s) of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor in the Department of Medicine.
Minimum qualifications: Completion of MD or MD/PhD training
