The Department of A and F BCS Reporting and Analytic Services is currently seeking a Business Data Reporting Analyst II ERP who will, under general supervision form a designated administrator, identify business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs. A person in this role will collaborate with clients and internal teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.
Characteristic Duties
Interpret results using a variety of statistical techniques
Work directly with clients to identify business requirements
Convert business requirements into developed reports
Develop reports and dashboards with limited supervision and have the ability to guide business users on best practices
Comprehends reporting catalog and is capable of maintaining existing catalog
Ability to work independently and has familiarity with business processes and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or other related field with 2 years of business and/or ERP related experience : OR : Associate's degree in a related field with 8 years of business and/or ERP related experience :OR : 14 years of business and/or ERP related experience.
Basic knowledge of systems and database administration and must work well within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
1:2 years' experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW4Hana, and SAP Business Objects
1:2 years' experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Ability to write and understand complex SQL queries
Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP Business Warehouse
Higher Education experience, especially experience with SAP in a higher education environment
