Position Summary::/h2:
Drive cross:functional project teams, project schedules, and strategies assigned to the customer experience via the Kroger website channel. Oversee the development of media, creative materials and technology projects pertaining to the customer experience. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Essential Job Functions::/h2:
:Develop/implement strategies to constantly improve the customer experience based on analytics and insights
:Lead and partner with Product teams to ensure they maintain the integrity of the customer experience in relation to the digital strategy
:Develop an informed opinion on business priorities; apply a customer:focused lens to solutions and engagement opportunities
:Work with cross:functional teams to establish deadlines related to campaigns, ensure the Site Experience team is aware of key milestone dates, and communicate issues related to meeting deadlines
:Manage concurrent projects, deliverables, timelines, and notifications for all campaign requests
:Serve as the liaison between the user experience, design, and technology teams, internal stakeholders and third party vendors; set clear expectations and consistently communicate progress
:Review design requests for cohesion and logic and obtain needed requirements and assets
:Develop process improvements to continuously increase efficiency/productivity
:Travel to assist third party vendors
:Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationMinimum Position Qualifications/Education Requirements::/h2:
:5 years' experience as a project manager or customer experience manager
:3 years' experience in an information technology (IT) or software development setting
:Experience working in a marketing role
:Ability to work in a fast:paced, high growth, team:oriented environment
:Ability to prioritize and execute multiple, simultaneous, complex priorities
:Must possess excellent decision:making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation
:Excellent written and oral communication skills
:Strong attention to detail, organized, efficient, and able to focus on following a task through to completionDesired Previous Job Experience/Education::/h2:
:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related area
:Experience/knowledge in the production of events, campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, social and other marketing materials in an E:Commerce setting with multi:channel retailers
:Experience building cross:functional working relationships in medium to large organizations
