Position Summary::/h2:
Provide data and analytics support for the Human Resources (HR) systems team, including HR third:party vendors. Assist HR system administrators with system changes to enable the setup of new system capabilities or new business requirements. Essential Job Functions::/h2:
:Provide data and analytical support for all HR systems (KnowMe, ExpressHR and benefits) and HR third:party vendor business owners
:Create reports/dashboards to address ad:hoc data and report requests
:Assist with weekly/monthly system audits across all HR systems, including Sarbanes:Oxley Act (SOX) compliance, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance and system plan compliance
:Pursue data standardization, streamlining or conversion opportunities using KnowMe, ExpressHR and/or HR third:party vendor data
:Provide tier 2 troubleshooting support for issues routed to the HR Systems team
:Assist with completing job profile requests within established service level agreements, which includes uploading, editing, deleting, maintaining a master report and metric tracking
:Assist the HR KnowMe system administrator with basic recruiting/onboarding requests, such as permissioning, location additions, career site builder updates and password resets
:Assist the HR KnowMe system administrator with basic performance/compensation requests, such as routing performance forms, updating performance ratings and re:generating compensations forms
:Assist the ExpressHR system administrator with performing daily management tasks, including daily reprocessing and maintenance of reference tables
:Flag potential issues and recommend corrective actions
:Demonstrate leadership within the team structure and during activities

:2 years of business/data analysis experience, including developing reports and analyzing data
:Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
:Strong analytical and problem:solving skills
:Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling written communications
:Capable of documenting and communicating clear and concise technical specifications
:Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail
:Demonstrated effectiveness in working within established timeframes and achieving goals
:Ability to collaborate and work across cross:functional teams
:Proficient Microsoft Office skills
:Strong oral and written communication skillsDesired Previous Job Experience/Education::/h2:
:Bachelor's degree
:2 years' experience supporting talent acquisition/recruiting activities as a recruiter, recruiting administrator or analyst
:Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably to produce reports and analyze data
:HR experience or experience handling/disseminating highly confidential information
