Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking an Insurance Office Manager with telemarketing skills to join our team in Mason, Ohio Your primary responsibilities will be to file claims and perform administrative functions. Other responsibilities will be making outbound calls to schedule sales appointments for agents in order to drive company success. In addition to base pay there will also be opportunities for bonuses.
Responsibilities:
:Assist policyholders and file claims
:Assist employers as liaison with insurance carriers
:Draft correspondences
:Plan and schedule appointments
:Answer Inbound calls
:Develop and implement organized filing systems
:Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
:Previous experience in insurance and/or insurance office administration
:Ability to work independently
:Ability to prioritize and multitask
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Proficient in Word, Excel, and other computer skills
:Strong attention to detail
