It is 5 min drive from the bars close drive to NKU Gateway and UC I have 2 dogs so if you are not a dog lover its not for you. I am a full time student and work full time at citi bank house is furnished you will just need stuff for your bedroom. It is a nice house and the rent is $325 plus utilities electric is around $100 apiece a month and water around $15 cable and internet around $35. My parents are the landlords and are very flexible and easy to work with. I would prefer a female but i have also had plenty of male roommates that worked out fine so I am not ruling that out completely its just different with a stranger. No deposit required.
